New!  Community Advantage SBA 7a Loan Program

Up to $250,000 for businesses that will occupy 51% of a commercial building anywhere in our service area, 6 counties in Pennsylvania and 38 counties in West Virginia.

We offer a special rate for the downtown(s) of Washington, Monongahela, Bentleyville, Donora and Charleroi.  The special financing in there 5 downtown areas is made possible by the Washington County Commissioners Local Share Account, call 724-225-8245 for more details!

tech1 Large Loan Program:

Up to $100,000 or 40% of the financing package, whichever is less; for manufacturing businesses (currently only available in Washington, Greene, Fayette and Westmoreland counties in Pennsylvania.


Up to $100,000 for businesses that generate new revenue for the region.

These programs are offered on an availability basis and are/were funded through a number of programs including; United States Department of the Treasury (CDFI), USDA, ARC, Washington County GAP.
