Up to $100,000 or 40% of the financing package, whichever is less; for manufacturing businesses (currently only available in Washington, Greene, Fayette and Westmoreland counties in Pennsylvania.
Up to $100,000 for businesses that generate new revenue for the region.
These programs are offered on an availability basis and are/were funded through a number of programs including; United States Department of the Treasury (CDFI), USDA, ARC, Washington County GAP.
